Ubud is a place close to my heart—it means 'Medicine healing,' and its energy is truly special, elevating your healing journey to new heights. This place has held me for some of my biggest transformations.
I've witnessed incredible transformations when people gift themselves the time and space to heal. It takes time to address the stress our nervous systems carry from a lifetime of experiences stored in our cellular memory. That's why quick fixes won't cut it—it's a process that requires dedicated time and space.
Belle and I are vey excited to hold this space for you.
This retreat will focus on regulating and upgrading your nervous system, balancing energy, and clearing subconscious blocks holding you back.
We'll explore various powerful energetic processes, including Active Consciousness Meditations, Guided Meditations, ThetaHealing Meditations, Kundalini Yoga, Kinesiology balances, Reiki, connecting with your spirit team and Sound Healings.
Of course, there'll be free time for integration—relax by the pool or explore the wonders of Ubud.
During our time together, we'll share dinners at some incredible local restaurants and allow for personal exploration on a couple of evenings.
You'll also enjoy Lunch and a Sound Healing at the Pyramids of Chi, a Movie Night, a rejuvenating 60-minute massage, an Excursion to a Holy Water Temple and waterfall, including a special water ceremony and transport, and delightful surprises.

This 7 night Retreat is a perfect balance of Healing, Learning, fun, play and downtime.
Check in is from 2 pm 1st September so you will have time to all settle in or lie by the pool for the afternoon till we all meet up that evening for a special welcome dinner to start our time together. Check out is midday 8th September
