3-Month 1:1 Coaching Container

Support for deep energetic alignment, emotional clarity, and intuitive empowerment.

- Fortnightly 90-minute sessions (mindset coaching, kinesiology, ThetaHealing & subconscious reprogramming)
- Weekly WhatsApp access (1x touchpoint/day if needed, voice notes up to 5 mins)
- Weekly energy scans with tailored frequency tracks
- Monthly spiritual forecast downloads
- Monthly house or business energy clearings
- Personalised meditations and intuitive guidance
- Custom affirmations with binaural beats for subconscious reprogramming
- Collective frequency support sent throughout the coaching journey
